Throughout the years I have met hundreds of trainers. Some are knowledgeable about weight lifting, some are knowledgeable about re-hab, some are knowledgeable about nutrition and health, but very few combine all of these areas in their practice. Matt Nichol is one of the only people I have ever seen who combines all of these into a truly holistic practice. I consider Matt to be the best Strength and Conditioning Coach in Canada. Plain and simple, Matt gets results!
— Dr Eric Serrano M.D.Choosing a coach or personal trainer can be a life changing decision. The right choice can bring many benefits while the wrong choice can be detrimental to your well-being. Before you entrust someone with your health and, if you're a professional athlete, your livelihood, you want to be certain of the person's abilities. To some this means academic qualifications, to some professional certifications. For others it is experience that counts. Matt's philosophy is that it's the whole package.
